I have registered for the national scholarship program in byjus ias ,the same day i received a call from byjus,a counsellor talked to me and said that the national scholarship program is very difficult and there is a very little chance for me to get a scholarship and he also suggested that there is an another scholarship program provided by byjus along with the Hindu newspaper and he told me attend a zoom meeting on **th November **** by *pm .he said that he will explain about the scholarship program and ask a few questions and if I pass the interview I'll get a scholarship. I attended the zoom meeting,the meeting was around one and half hour and he said that I have passed the interview and i got a scholarship (**,*** rupees) and in order to register the program i have to pay **** initial amount. Since I didn't have that much in my father's account we payed **** that night . He informed that the fees payment starts from January month so we agreed and the next day we paid **** and only after paying the amount he explained me about the EMI details in which it's said that I have to another ***** to start my procedure.since we don't have that much money we said that we will cancel the registration and asked to give the **** rupees back but the counsellor said only if I pay the extra amount i will get my money back and he also said various other options of payment and also asked to send my father's bank account. Iam not ready to trust them with the bank details. I called the byjus customer care but there is no response and also mailed them but there is no response. I come from a lower middle class family and now we are in a series debt and every money is important for us . I want to cancel my scholarship and money refund (**** rupees)
