Booked * tickets a round trip from Kochi to Kolkata on May **th,**** and vice versa.PNR. PIKSJZ. (Flight no. *E ***)Due to the outbreak of Covid ** pandemic ,we were not able to travel. Received an information that the amount is kept in credit shell for an year. In this pandemic situation we will not be able to travel within a year as students are accompanying me. Our request is to refund the full amount.
