- Refrigerator not replacing ^Open

I purchased a Haier refrigerator on *th March'** from Burdwan Reliance digital. When they delivered at the home I complained to the store that a small part of the left corner was damaged. When I got the call for installation at that time also I complained to them. In my feedback also I have written but nobody responded. They delivered the Haier double door refrigerator in Samsung single door cartoon and without any safety Thermocol, that also I complained in store but they told they will supply original cartoon within few days but after so many reminder calls they stopped responding.
Now after some days when the refrigerator stopped cooling, I called the customer care on *rd April. And on *th technician came and told me that this refrigerator has gas leakage problem and slowly all the gas went out so it's not working and need to change the gas pipe and gas refiling. He also told that as the store didn't provide the safety Thermocol that is why the problem happened. He took the pictures of the damaged parts and gone.
But after that, I complained reliance customer care and sent mail for ** to ** times. Then they sent their technician on **rd April and Mr Dheeraj from customer care told, "their technician will repair it and if the same problem happens again within ** days then they will replace it". That day they worked *-* hours and that time the refrigerator got fire and some portion got damaged. On **th they again came with * people and worked for * hours and told refrigerator is ok but within ** hours refrigerator stopped working.
After that day I sent so many emails to them for replacement but not getting any good response. I could not use my refrigerator for one month also and suffering from more than one month. Now I am not getting any response from them. I attached all the mail conversation with them and an invoice copy. Please help me to get justice.
