I purchased Samsung S**plus on February **rd **** from Samsung.com to avail prebook offer of galaxy watch for **** which originally costs *****. I got my mobile on *th March from that day I am trying to redeem that prebook offer but I am not able to get it. I am getting the problem which I have mentioned in screenshot. I keep on calling Samsung care from last ** days. They just keep on saying wait for * days your issue will be solved but still, it's not been solved and the offer going to end on **th April. They keep on saying that your issue is sent to higher authorities and it will be solved in ** hours but still it didn't from last ** days. So I want to file a consumer case on Samsung.com so that I can get that prebook offer.
