- Recurring Breakdown Issue Warranty Claim for Battery Replacement Open

I purchased a Joy Glob electric vehicle on *nd March ****.
For the past *.* months, I have been experiencing recurring issues where the vehicle suddenly slows down and stops after about ** seconds. After resting for two minutes, it restarts but only allows me to drive for *–* kilometers before the problem repeats.
Two days ago, on Friday, the vehicle stopped on a bridge, putting me in a dangerous situation with a truck approaching from behind. This recurring issue poses a serious safety risk and could lead to accidents.
On **th April ****, I visited the service center and factory near Ajwa Road. Unfortunately, I was told that despite the battery having a three-year warranty, it cannot be replaced because I have not availed paid services with your company. This response is unacceptable, as I have already repaired my charger through the company and replaced brake pads and liners as required.
I kindly request you to help me in resolving this issue promptly by replacing the faulty battery under warranty.
I have four screws in my leg, which is why I chose an electric vehicle for ease of use. I sincerely hope you understand my situation and provide a suitable solution.
