I purchased "Yokins Metal Hand Driven ****V Megger Insulation Tester, **** Megaohms" on **th June **** & it was delivered on **th June ****. Since it was not working and the wire was also broken, So I placed it for return but it was taking a long time and then the return was cancelled .So on *th July I contacted the Service Centre and they adviced me to mail in their E mail id "care@moglix.com" and Explain the reason and I did that , but I noticed no response from there end . So today I again call on their number , they told that they had tried to call me and they also had replied my mail , but I didn't saw any missed calls on my phone and no reply on my E Mail . They also denied to return the product because the recall period was over!!
