On June **, ****, I filed a formal return and exchange request for Order #****** on Zaydn Sneakers' official portal because the brand delivered a completely incorrect product (wrong style/color/size).
Per Zaydn's official store policies, incorrect orders qualify for a free exchange or a full refund, and requests are to be reviewed within two business days. However, it has been nearly three weeks, and the company has completely ignored my requests, failed to initiate a reverse pickup, and cut off communication. Keeping my payment while failing to deliver the correct product or process a legitimate return is a clear deficiency of service and an unfair trade practice.
