I have ordered zatka machine for agriculture purpose,recieved refurbished product,partially damaged and battery is not working as mentioned,raised the complaint on time as mentioned in terms, what ever images are shared they are asking for fresh one,instead company is accepting the product sent is refurbished and battery working condition, I have paid for new product, required new product or refund extra for wasting my time and crop loss for product failure, without any extra charges.
