- Recieved a faulty laptop ^Closed

purchased a lenovo s*** almost less than * months back for **,*** rs, since * months there have been serious heating issues, when we called the lenovo person home, he said the CPU fan has been faulty since the start, what is this nonsense?, i paid **,*** for a laptop just to get a faulty piece?, didn't even last * months?, i lost my job and i cannot attend online classes now ,he said the laptop can't be replaced only the fan will be replaced, its my father's hard earned money okay, have some respect for it. I didn't have any knowledge regarding laptops so i thought this heating issue was normal, but ** days back it started restarting on its own.
I don't want to get my laptop opened up in just a month when its a problem from your side. I paid full price for it and i deserve a new laptop or please refund my money as i won't allow anyone to open up my laptop for repair work when its been just *.* months for it.
