TODAY I HAVE RECHARGED THROUGH ONLINE MODE VIA HATHAWAY APP (DATED - *TH AUGUST ****) MY SETUP BOX V.C NO.************ BUT OUR CABLE TV SERVICE HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED BY THE SERVICE PROVIDER (SHU-BHO CABLE NETWORK) THOUGH WE HAVE PAID THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION OF RS.***.**/- FOR AUG - SEPT '**. WE HAVE RECEIVED PAYMENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT ON HATHWAY APP SO FAR FROM THE FRANCHISEE. THOUGH WE HAVE BEEN CALLING THE FRANCHISEE PERSON OF OUR AREA, HE IS NOT RESPONDING. I HAVE ALSO CALLED TO INFORM HATHWAY CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE AT KOLKATA. BUT NOT THEY ARE SAYING THAT VISIT YOUR LOCAL SERVICE PROVIDER . NEITHER THEY ARE TAKING ACTION ON THIS NOR THEY ARE REFUNDING MY AMOUNT . HENCE, THIS COMPLAINT.
I REQUEST YOU TO TAKE ACTION AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.
