I have done the recharge of ***/- October *. The amount has deducted from my account by vi mobile application with upi mode, but it not reflected in the vi application. My bank is saying it's deducted from my account. Regarding it, I have done many email to vodafone customer care. But vodafone saying, the have no record regarding this transaction.
