I have recharged my account through the sun direct website via UPI Phonepe request accepted on **-JAN-****. Phonepe payment has been successful but response from sun direct was FAILED. Amount has been debited from the account. Following up Customer case since last * days. still they are saying - In Processing. Always giving false commitments that will start your channels by today evening,tomorrow morning. But yet not started.Im really fedup just for a simple recharge of Rs.***. Even I cant do another recharge what if it also got stuck.
