Amount debited from my account and it said it is paid but my Jio account was not recharged then I used one more *** rupees for the recharge for it
I also raised a dispute about it but then it says that the dispute has been settled
without refunding or recharging
It has been no use talking to their customer service they only promised to resolve in * weeks but it has been * months
So I lost *** rupees
