- Receiving fraud order from Ship rocket with cod ^Open

Hi Sir,

Please be informed that Iam receiving a fraudulent parcel with COD .
Yesterday (**th October ****) I received a parcel with COD of Rs *** , but as soon as I opened the package the parcel was a fraud order which none of my family ordered. I have attached the transaction details of the same. I have also attached the message of the fraud orders that are being shipped to my place(One of which I haven't received).
Within * hr of receiving the parcel we went to Delhivery Office in Vasant Nagari , Nallasopara (East)-******, but we didn't receive any help .
After which I have reported to google pay about this fraud transaction, I have reported to Delhivery Support about the fraud transaction (FYI: Please find their response below) , I have also reported it to my Account Holder hdfc and reported to consumer complaints.(All this within a few hours of facing this issue).
But I have not received any refund/help yet.
I am not aware of who the sender is , in the parcel there is no information about the sender , how can such parcel be delivered without verifying from your end?
And even after reporting this issue , the answer I get is they have delivered to the address which the merchant provided?
I desperately would like to know what are your policies on handling fraud orders?Why Iam I getting fraud order from ship rocket?

Below are the details of the fraud order in which I received a message that it's being prepared for shipping. This will again be a COD which I do not want to receive as Iam not sure what this parcel can contain . I do not wish to put my or my family life in danger . Please report this sender who is sending me the fake parcel and please help me with the steps on refund and if anything can be done on your end to make the transaction as fraud and process with the refund.

All these orders are getting picked from ShipRocket and being delivered by "Delhivery".Why is shiprocket sending me fraud parcels with cod again an again?
In the parcel there is no information about seller or seller address.
When can I expect a refund of *** which I paid for one such fraud order.
When will I stop receiving these fraud orders from you?


Please help me . Iam attaching all the message that Iam getting of all the fraud orders that is being packed in ship rocket.
