I ordered a *-shirt combo from Luxify Cases for ₹***, paying ₹** in advance and the remaining amount at the time of delivery. When I received and opened the parcel, I found that the shirts delivered were completely different from what was shown on the website and were of very poor quality. Additionally, inside the parcel there was another inner package labeled with a different name, “Komal Kumari,” which raises serious concerns about fraudulent or careless handling. After this, I tried to contact the company, but their website is no longer accessible. This appears to be a clear case of misleading and cheating the customer. I request a full refund and appropriate action against the seller to prevent such incidents from happening to others.
