I have ordered a Refurbished samsung galaxy s**fe from Amazon sold by seller named APPARIO on ** dec ****. I was also shocked that it was shipped by third party named blue dart. I received the package on *st jan ****.When i open the package i was shocked as the product was different, the product i received was Redmi *A sport phone..and the bill inside this is of S**fe...i contacted multiple times Amazon customer care and they initiated a return also by a third paty named delhivery but delhivery partner(Vishal yadav) refuses to pickup the order as it was not s**fe it was Redmi *A ..but i have received wrong product Redmi *A so how can i return s** fe....this totally a cheat by Amazon and Appario seller..still i contacted amazon they are saying wait for *-* days for resolution...such big companies are making us fool..
