I am filing a formal complaint against Burius Store regarding an order placed on * June ****. I ordered a "Women's Pack of * Pure Cotton Kurtas Pant Set & Dupatta" for an amount of ₹[Insert Amount].On ** June ****, I received the delivery package. Upon opening it, I discovered that the store sent a completely wrong and highly damaged item instead of my original order. The package contained a cheap, torn saree instead of the * cotton kurta sets I paid for.

The package I received contains a used single kurti but I order for * kurta sets with dupatta it costs me **** rupees.There is no customer support at all .Where should we return that order....
