Ordered a viola color case and received a pink color instead. When i asked for an exchange they refused saying that it is only a slight color difference but that is untrue. I received a totally different color than the one i ordered. The customer service is very poor. They are not ready to listen or understand the customers problems. They are refusing a return or exchange.
