I have purchased fossil black watch CS****SETI worth rupees **** from myntra. Order no is *******- *******-*******.Payment is done from my myntra credit. On **th sept I received parcel. Parcel is completly packed from outside so I accepted it. But after opening it I found the inside box is opened and the watch is removed from it. The product is missing. I immediately called the courier boy, he told me to contact customer care as he cant help me. I contacted cutomer care. My complain was registered. Today they r replying that my complain is declined as they have supplied correct item with all quality checks.
May be supplier has cheated or watch is stolen during transit.
But its mytras reponsibility to deliver product at my door step.
