I brought leaf bass wireless headphone on May/**/****. Reference id #-********. Order id - *******. I received the product on time but there is a problem with the product. It only works when charging on. Even the battery is showing ***%. I charged this over * hrs but the problem is still continuous when I turn off the charger. It shut down in * seconds. I send mail on customer service but they are not taking any action.
