On April *, ****, I ordered MI Bluetooth headphones through MI app. I received the package on April *, ****, through Bluedart. After that, I paid **** rupees and opened the package which is empty already. I already complained in the MI customer care. But they said we send that intact condition. They did not take further steps of the investigation.
