On **th March I ordered combo of feeding dress in meesho ..on *rd April i received the product but when I opened its completely different product... immediately I raised return request in meesho app by choosing the option of different product (completely different product)..but the delivery person refused to take the product.i called customer care but each and every time I called everyone is giving different answers. And I confused....they taken the request for * times .. * times also it's rejected...I mentally disturbed....dono whom to ask about this ...they donot have any intention to refund the amount...pls help me with this.
