- Received defective jacket ^Closed

Hi

I ordered a Adidas ****-** Manchester United Icons jacket- Black on **th of December ****, the same was delivered to me on **th of January **** (approximately one month after following up many times). When I opened the jacket and checked I found that there were broken stitches at the back side of the pocket. I immediately raised the query with the support whatsapp number which is provided in the website and the person requested me to mail the query to sales.dsports**@gmail.com, which I did on **th of January ****. Till date I have not received any mail response from the seller.

I am attaching the order details along with the photos of the jacket. If you do not reply back to me on this. I would definitely take the social media an make sure that you will not receive any further orders.
