I had ordered DualSense® Wireless Controller - **th Anniversary Limited Edition from ShopatSC Online, and The Product was delivered bad conditions with Tattered Box and Used Product Inside the box. The Seal was also broken. I have reached out to Sony India and they redirected me to the Authorized Dealer and after Conversation they rejected my plea for replacement or refund and blocked me from Whatsapp and Calls.
