I purchased iphone * from paytm and when i opened it i saw that sim card slot was missing and phone has scratches and dents as soon as i saw this i complaint on the website with photographs and videos.
as i was guided by one of my friend that you should open expensive parcels by making video only as these sites cheats a lot and thats what happened.
when i tried to return it was approved also but the guy who came to pick said that switch on the phone then only he can take return and when we tried to switch on it was not getting on so that guy refused to pick and said we will come again.
