The issue that I have experienced was: I have ordered one black top from myntra.
But they have sent different product which is maroon color and pattern is also different. I requested for return. And product was returned. Than I got message saying that return is rejected after doing quality check. And I called Coustomer care and that person is telling that the product cannot be returned. Because it failed the quality check.and I asked them that why it got failed the quality check and they told me that product is different from the photo shown.
I told them that exactly why I am returning product. The product which I ordered is completely different form the product I received.

I just want them to take that wrong product and return the money
