I purchased a * Kg rice which is spoiled and not cooked. And when we went to return it, the manager asked us for the bill. However, the item was purchased on **th May and was not used, as I was out of station and bill was misplaced. I asked him (manager) to get it from my mobile number which was used during purchase. However, he refused to do so and talked in very disrespectful manner. This is the reason further we won't be buying anything from such a reputed ownership. I request you to kindly consider the request.
