I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent order from Swiggy Instamart. On [Insert Date], I ordered the Bblunt product, but when I received it, I was shocked to find that it was damaged and appeared to be used.

Product Name: Bblunt Hot shot finish spray

I request that you take immediate action to resolve this issue. I would appreciate it if you could replace the damaged product with a new one or provide a refund.
