- Received a fake product even in replacement from amazon Open

On **/**/**** i received a pendrive (SANDISK CRUZER BLADE **GB) WHICH I ORDERED FROM AMAZON FOR *** RS.THE SELLER WAS BEST BUY INDIA PVT. LTD. WHEN I OPENED THE PARCEL AND SAW THE PACKET IT WAS LOOKING LIKE A FAKE PRODUCT AND WHEN I INSERTED THAT PENDRIVE IN MY PC IT SHOWED CORRUPTED AND ALSO IT WAS NAMED "VENDORCO". I called Sandisk to verify the genuinity they said it is not their product and asked me to replace the product i did that and asked for replacement. They accepted the replacement and took another ** days to deliver the product. Today on */**/**** i recieved the replacement and when i opened it again seemed to be a fake and duplicate copy of sandisk pendrive i again made a call to verify the genuinity of the product and guess what it was also the fake product and sandisk denied that it is there product.
They asked me to do whatever i want because amazon is fooling the customers. They also sent me the email in which they wrote that they do not accept the genuinity of the product and it does not belongs to the sandisk company. Later on i called amazon customer service they told me :
*) you'll recieve the refund by midnight today (*/**/****) #full_amount in my bank account. Without the parcel being picked up.
And also
*) you'll get the exchange of the product with the genuine sandisk product. It will be done by taking the fake and giving the genuine one.On call i got this info.
Basically they gave me an option that you'll be getting the genuine pendrive as well as the money back and asked me to be rest assured.
But when i opened the Amazon
App it showed :
*) the amount will be refunded on or by ** on pickup of the product that means no refund until the package is picked up.
*) the amount will be given at amazon pay balance that is in their wallet and i will have to spend it on amazon only.
* )and also they are not going to provide the genuine product to me whatever information was given to me was a lie nas the one talking to me was fooling me and was making a laugh on the condition of mine.
Overall i want a case to be registered against them for
*)all the mental harassment i have hone through.
*)The time i have wasted for this purpose.
*)for the joke they made of me by sending a duplicate product in replacement.
*) not providing me the best help against this .
*) the lie they told me on call today (*/**/****) that they are going to do this for me .
I need help.. i want someone to raise my issue so that nobody ever gets cheated by these fraudsters.. whether it be * rs or *** rs fraud is fraud and cheating is cheating.
Please help me .
