Hi have purchased realme tv from flipkart on ** October ****
From August ** ****, I have raised complaint to realme about display issue.
From past **-** days they are just fooling the customer.
On ** I have received a call saying, the tv will be repaired.
On ** September I have received a call saying the tv will be replaced.
Today on ** September, I have called realme for the update, as per them a technician will visit to uninstall the tv and the tv will be picked by the team and DOA certificate will be provided for replacement and no further steps is provided.
