I bought epluto scooter from Sri Enterprises-EV kundrathur chennai-****** on date **-**-****.One year * months it drives good after that it has battery draining issue and display not worked.battery is charging only half an hour it drives only *kms.On that time Sri Enterprises permanently closed.so i searched for another service center.Last time i raised complaint in this site and i got call from pure head office.I told about my scooter issue.They given me service center number i called that number after one you will give your scooter for service.I carried my scooter in tataace.I have paid for that tataace pickup and delivery charge.They taken the scooter service.I told about my scooter issue with service person.After one month i got the scooter but with same issue.They didnot change display and battery is not replaced.Now I am having same battery issue.now it drives **-**kms only it charges * hr only.They changed only cone set and horn and normal service thats it.I am disappointed.I feel mental anxiety.I paid ****rs for that service but he billed ****rs.I asked but no response.my issue is not resolved.
