in i was receiving large amount eclecticity bills and when there was no solution for it at last i requested PSPCL to change my meter so as i can get rid of these un due burdens. they changed my meter reading(*****) and new meter reading was ***** and i received bill including difference of ***** and *****. PSPCL refused to sort out it and ask me to pay this undue bill. kindly do justice sir as i am not in position to pay such bill.
