Name of The Company - Myntra, Product- mango Top, Order No- #*********************, Transaction id- myntra wallet, Date of Purchase- * June ****, Amount paid- **** rs, Reg Mobile no- **********, Reg email id- heyraasi**pratik@gmail.com,, Present status - consumer had order * products from Myntra and in which three of them has size issue for that she wants to exchange it and * product she does not liked so she wants to return it for that she raised the return and replacement request and pick up boy came and taken all the * products from the consumer and for the return she got the refund but the product which should be replaced the pick up which came first he took all the * product with him and when very next day a delivery boy came to pick up the product which should be replaced he asked the the old product so that he can give the exchange one when consumer said that the pick up boy has taken it yesterday because of that the delivery boy took the product with him and now she did not got the replacement of the product and the company is not resolving the issue.
