i ordered mi band-hrx edition from mi company webseite portal.product amount-****rs. The specification & features which are shown by mi are not available in product which i received.after complaining to customer care they had given replacement after */* days.but after replacement same product again given to me.only invoice amount has changed to ****.**rs. after so many follow up and email communication mi has refused to give me refund amount or the exactly features which i saw and after that only i ordered the product.
please help in this regards.
