No response to my email from Bata, Store team. This request was made on November **, ****
Dear Bata Customer Care Team,
I am writing to request an exchange for a pair of shoes I purchased from your store on November **. Unfortunately, the shoes do not fit me comfortably, and I would like to exchange them for a different pair in my size.
Due to travel commitments, I was unable to visit the store within the initial exchange period. I would greatly appreciate it if you could assist me with the exchange process now.
The details of my purchase are as follows:
