I have purchased Faber chimney from Flipkart. During installation it was found that the product has manufacturing defect and it made huge sound. Faber team informed that Flipkart needs to replace the product and Flipkart team denied that they won't do and Faber needs to replace.
After getting mentally tortured for ** days wasting approx. * hours in calls and communication the resolution is still pending which was supposed to get it solved *th April.
