I had ordered and paid online for * nos. of Oriflame Diamknd Ageing Cream. amounting to Rs. ****/- But I received * no of the product instead of * nos on **th Sept ****. The delivery happened while I was travelling to Jansi on **th Sept ****. The order was delivered to my maid.
On my return from my vacation from my holiday to Bombay on *st October I was surprised find only * no was delivered and immediately called up Meesho. They kept me on hold for ** to ** minutes and then they disconnected my call. I called the customer care on *nd October ** once again and the y gave me a ticket number and said that they would give me a resolution thru email.
Today when I received an email they said I would not get the refund for the quantity which was not sent as it was not in their policy. They say that the policy is that I should file I a complaint within ** hrs if quantity or quality was incorrect
I do I know how much quantity was delivered when I was on a holiday at Jhansi. I only received an SMS that my product was delivered without mentioning the quantity neither my maid was aware how much quantity I ordered.
Meeshio is not willing to refund my money which is due to me almost Rs. ****/- which is the refund amount
