I had ordered a product from your app .
I received it without any issue but when I opened the package,the product was totally different and was not same as the image shown in the app.
Then I applied for the return on ** March
My order I'd is - ********.
The delivery guy contacted me * times but he refused to take the order back.
Nor I am getting any response from your team.
I had send pictures of the product I received earlier,as asked by your team.
But still delivery guy refused it.
I had also tried to contact you from bewakoof support option but I am not getting any call back.
I kindly request you to solve this issue as soon as possible or I have to take this further.
