I have ordered the Product on Bikayi.com on **/**/****. Sill the product was not received and still the courier tracking details is showing in ordered stage.. But the seller is marked as delivered. I have paid the payment to Bikayi.com using my credit card. I have done multiple follow-up with them, They are not ready to refund or ship the product. I was paying the EMI with interest, Request you to help the money refunded.
