I had purchased mobile from flipkart and added complete mobile protection plan from jeeves, due to some issue mobile display got broken and i raised issue for claiming protection plan. Again they asked **** as processing fee and registered as Complete Mobile Protection: Claim Registered Successfully (CLAFLK***************). Still after ** days the mobile not picked for repair, when I call helpline number always keep saying that due to some technical problem your logistic ID not created so wait for * days so.. It's almost ** th day.
