I purchased a BenQ product worth ₹*,*** from Flipkart on **th July ****.
The order was delivered on **st July ****. Soon after delivery, I raised a return request as the product was defective.
Despite multiple follow-ups, the product was not picked up by the courier partner. On **th August ****, my return request was cancelled without my consent. This caused me financial loss and mental harassment.
I also tried contacting Flipkart customer support and raised the issue through the National Consumer Helpline, but no effective resolution was provided.
I am filing this complaint to seek a full refund of ₹*,*** along with compensation for the harassment and delay.
