- Product not getting picked up ^Open

I am filing this complaint against Myntra for refusing to accept a return and issue a refund for a product that was delivered to me without any brand or price tags.

I placed an order on Myntra and received the product in a properly sealed package. However, upon opening, I noticed that there were no tags attached or included with the product. I did not like the item and initiated a return request the very next day.

When the delivery agent arrived for pickup, he refused to take the product back citing the absence of tags. I immediately contacted Myntra customer care and informed them that the product was delivered without tags. They advised me to raise a complaint for missing tags and reinitiate the return request, which I did.

However, Myntra rejected the return request again. Upon further follow-up, they initiated a "re-investigation" and later closed it stating that a quality check was done at the warehouse. I requested them to provide proof of the tags or serial number of the product delivered to me, but they refused to share any such evidence. Also the saree print I have received is different, also cross checked with the brand, the saree( different print) belongs to them. Also the brand emailed myntra to pickup my saree and the seller itself confirmed they sent products to myntra without tags.

This situation is extremely unfair as it is their word against mine, with no transparency or accountability. I even offered to allow an inspection of the product to prove it is unused, but they declined. The delivery boy is an eye witness and he recorded the unboxing video for me as I always make sure to record the unboxing. Even took the saree to logistic office and even they saw the product ( saree) is in its original condition.

I have been a loyal customer of Myntra for years and being an insider and icon, I have never faced such an issue before. I requested them to check my history with the logistic team regarding any misuse of the product, my product was easily picked up before. Still, they refused to help and closed the case without resolution.

I am not willing to pay for a mistake that was clearly on Myntra’s or the seller’s part. I demand a full refund. My amount is almost **,***. Please help
