Hi,
I had placed an order for Marine Aquarium lights and HOB filter on fisheshop.com after getting the confirmation that they will deliver in * to * days.
It's been more than * weeks and the product has not been delivered nor refunded.
They send an email saying they refunded a part then the same is not reflected in my bank account.
They are not answering to any of my questions
