मैंने फ्लिपकार्ट से * पार्सल आर्डर किया था जो ** मार्च को मेरे पास के कुरियर सेंटर में आया है लेकिन कुरियर बॉय मुझे वो पार्सल खुद ले जाने को कहता है जो की वो पार्सल होम डिलीवरी करने का है। ** तारिख से आज * तारीख तक रोज वो पार्सल आउट फ़ॉर डिलीवरी दीखता है और रोज कुरियर बॉय जानबूझकर कोई रीजन दे के उसे अनडिलेवर कर देता है मुझे कभी कॉल भी नहीं किया और रीजन मैं लिखता है कस्टमर नॉट available
मैने उसे कॉल किया तो बोलता है पार्सल बडा है बाइक पे नही ला सकते वो उनका प्रॉब्लम है उस कुरियर बॉय का कॉल रेकॉर्ड किया है मैंने अगर econ express कल तक मुझे वो पार्सल नही पहुचाते तो मैं maha.helpline@gmail पर कंप्लेंट करूँगा और फिर ग्राहक मंच को कंप्लेंट करूँगा
