I have ordered a product (Mobile phone) on **th March **** from Flipkart. Understanding the lockdown and covid situation I did not contacted flipkart for my order and was waiting patiently for the government guidelines. But since **th may **** the E-Commerce site have started delivering product So why my product have not been delivered yet as of *th june ****. All the time I called the customer support they have responded that my order has been put on top priority. Now they are telling till **th june **** I will get a date of delivery for my product. now considering that on **th june **** they will respond that the order is cancel for xyz reason so for this long they kept my money now my order was a mobile phone and since * april the gst rate have been revised so it is me who will be bearing the loss.
