I placed an order for a refrigerator on **/**/****. Initially, Order ID ************** was generated, but the status showed as canceled. After I contacted fliptwirls team via email, a new Order ID ************** was issued.
However, when I recently checked the order status on your website, it is showing “No orders found.” It has now been seven days, and the item has not been delivered. Additionally, there is no tracking information available.
