Hi,
I have placed an order on **nd Feb'** of ** tshirts for our school's event in Ludhiana. It was going to get delivered on **th Feb'**. But since **rd Feb till date it is stucked in Delhi only. No status, no courier service name and number, no update till now.
Our event is done and got spoiled due to their poor service. I have mailed them several times for the update but they don't event respond to mails.
I have mailed to cancel my order and refund my money but they are not even replying to that mail
It was a prepaid order. Rs. **** got deducted. Neither the tshirts got delivered nor the money got refunded.
Now we don't want the order because our event is already spoiled. Kindly file a complaint and ask the company to refund our money.
