I ordered Apple Watch SE from Amazon India this last month. I received an empty package and I immediately reported it to Amazon. After * days I was told it was delivered and nothing can be done in this regard. Then I Twitted about this incidence and Amazon’s social media team reinvestigated this case and told me the same thing after * days. I lost my hard earned money. They are clearly refusing to refund me.
