I am writing to express my concern regarding my order placed on kwabey official website which I placed on **rd March ****. The order includes three T-shirts, as shown in the attached details.
As of now, I have not received any update regarding the shipment or delivery status. I understand that tracking details are shared once the order is dispatched, but there has been no progress so far it's in processed status till date
I have also tried reaching out to your customer care number (**********), which is visible on your website, multiple times, but unfortunately, there has been no response. Additionally, I sent a message via your Instagram account and email care@kwabey.com, but I have not received any reply there either.
I kindly request you to provide an update on my order status or complete refund at the earliest. If there is any delay or issue, please inform me accordingly.
