I bought a symphony touch ** cooler. It is a small premium cooler. But we can not bear it for ** minutes. It sounds too much. The noise causes headache and cooler side ear pain. I called them many times and requested them For return or exchange. But they do not care, even I told them I will file a complaint in consumer forum they said your wish.
